Yes, California retailers cannot directly sell flavored tobacco or vapes. However using the Affiliate Store to sell products does not violate California law and allows for continued sales at your store.

Yes, you can post flyers, menus and more. Be sure to include your affiliate link (found in your affiliate account and emailed to you) in all marketing you do to ensure you are paid for your customer orders.

We send payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, please sign up for one in order to receive your payments. To receive your earnings, login to your affiliate account and “withdraw funds”. Funds are sent same day to your PayPal account.

Yes, as long as you help them place their first order, you will be paid every time your customer places an order for the entire calendar year. They do not have return to your store to place additional orders.
